What Is ClientZing?
ClientZing is a card service designed to help you communicate with prospects and clients in style. Use it to stay in touch, say thanks, sell, announce products, and more! To send a card just pick a design, add your note or picture to the back, enter one or multiple addresses, and click “Zing It”. We print the card and mail it first-class in an envelope!
Why should I use ClientZing?
How many times have you made a great call with a client and wanted to send a "Thank You" note? Do you send an email? What will make your email stand out among 63 other emails your client has yet to read? Have you ever thought, “I’d like to send them a personal card?” Sure you have. But did you actually stop by a card store, take the time to write a note, buy stamps and put it in the mail? You have good intentions but time commitments, reports, meetings, and family responsibilities prevent you from doing that something extra.

What messages are available on the cards?
Our cards are designed to move business relationships forward. Currently there are customer service, sales follow-up, prospecting, thank you, trade show, and holiday messages. More cards are being designed.
Who is Zingy?
Zingy is our animated mascot on the cards. Think of him as your personal office assistant. Instead of going to the stationary store to pick out a card to mail, send a Zingy card on line. It’s easier, and more effective. And, if you don’t prefer Zingy’s graphic on your card, feel free to choose a text only card. Or your own design.
How does it work?
You pre-purchase credits to be used at anytime. Each credit equals one mailed card. You can use the card credits all at once the same day, or send one card a day. It's up to you how to use them. It's perfect for a sales team. Perhaps the office manager or sales manager buys the credits, then allocates them out to the sales team to use as needed. Each person can have their own log in and use the service as desired. Since salespeople don't have to worry about purchasing and mailing cards, they will save time. To use a card credit, simply pick a message and card design, add your logo and URL if desired, and write your personal message. Then enter your card recipient contact information and click Zing It. That's it. We mail it for you.
What does it cost to mail a card?
Mailing a card on ClientZing.com is easy and inexpensive compared to heading to the store, applying postage, and mailing it yourself. We replace the need for all three tasks! Here's a breakdown of what it costs to mail on ClientZing.com (1 credit = 1 mailed card).

To purchase credits, log into your account and go to MyAccount > Buy Credits.

How will I know when my credits are used up?
Each time you log onto your account you will see the credits remaining. When your account is empty, simply buy more credits. Note that you can easily add additional users to your login if you would like others in your office to use your credits. And once they are used up, you will receive an email notifying you it’s time to purchase more.
What are the payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) and Paypal transfers. Typically credits must be prepaid online before conducting a mailing. Should your company need a billing then contact us for details.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum amount of credits you can purchase is 3. However, you can mail just one card at a time.
How many people can I mail to?
Our service is built for one-to-one mailings or small lists (under 100 recipients). For larger bulk orders (i.e. you want to send the same personalized card to 250, 500, or 1000 or more clients), learn about our bulk mailing service.
What if we already have cards made for our company?
You can still use our website and mailing technology. Just upload your card design in Step 1.
What if I want a different color of card?
If you want a different color please contact us with your request.
Once I place an order, how long before the card is mailed?
The normal turnaround is 2-3 business days. Then it might take up to a week or more to arrive.
How will I know when the cards have been mailed?
You can add your name to the mail list and you will receive a physical card in the mail along with your other recipients.
How does a salesperson or small business owner use the service?
Here's a scenario: You've just met 5 new contacts that you'd like to send a personalized note to in the mail. Pick the message and your preferred card design, write your personalized note on the back, then in Step 3 of order process begin entering names and addresses for today's order one at a time. Click the "SAVE" button and that name will be added to "My Address Book". You can send a card to just one person or multiple people by adding more names. Check the box next to the names you want to send a card to and our website automatically builds a list for today's order. Click "Next" to move to step 4. The next time you want to send the same contact a personalized note, simply go to "My Address Book ", view the archived listing of names and addresses and check the box. The website is designed for quick, easy sales follow-up or other effective daily communication with your prospects and customers.
How do I add sub users to my account?
Click on "My Account" in the information bar at the top of the home page, then click on "My Sub Users" blue button.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Once you have pressed the "Zing It" button you cannot change or cancel your order. If you experienced a problem during your order, please contact us.
Does my card get delivered in an envelope?
Yes. The card is 5 x 7 flat , not folded, with the message printed on one side and your personalized note printed on the other side. We print the card, stuff into an envelope, address the envelope, add a first class stamp, and drop in the mail.
